We aim to deliver all items within 3-5 working days from the order being received. We use DPD Next Day, which is a fully tracked and insured service, and will provide a one hour timeslot on the day of delivery (please ensure that your email and telephone number is correct) and take a photograph once the item has been delivered. Please note, during these difficult times, there may be slight delays, any questions on deliveries can be forwarded to email@example.com.
As the goods provided are of a perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on items, except in the event of a damaged item being received. Please contact us as soon as possible for any issues with the delivery to to allow us to investigate. Please attach your order number, a photograph of the damaged item, and the date of delivery to allow us to investigate the incident quickly.
We offer two payment methods, Paypal and all major credit/debit cards through Wix Payments. We are unable to accept cash on delivery for items.
